Privacy Policy

"We value your privacy! We will never give, lease, sell or otherwise disclose your personal information. Period! Any information you give to us will be held with the utmost care."

All photographs taken on the day of your workshop are for your own personal use and not general distribution. If you should wish to use any images taken of our models or people attending the workshops you must have a signed model release form

All photographs and videos of our students (workshop participants) taken by the Three Little Wishes team at any of our photography workshops may be used for all our advertising and promotional material and remain our property.

Please review the following basic terms and conditions that govern your Photography Workshop bookings with us

All bookings with Three Little Wishes both for Workshops and Photography sessions are not refundable

1. If you are unable to make an arranged time, we require 72 hours notice for cancellation
2. If adequate notice is given an alternative date for your booking will be provided
3. No cash refunds will be given
4. A Photography workshop voucher that is purchased directly from Three Little Wishes Website is valid for 12 months
5. A Photography Workshop voucher purchased from a group buying site or a Special Offer is subject to its own validation.
6. If the class size falls below the necessary number to run a class ( 5 students) we may cancel your workshop 12 hours prior to the date and an alternative date will be provided
7. If the weather is not deemed suitable for a workshop then the class or One on One will be cancelled and an alternative date given. This decision is made by Three Little Wishes and not the client

Gift Vouchers

The gift vouchers can be redeemed in Auckland and Wellington for Three Little Wishes Workshops. The card cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund or exchanged for another gift card. The card is subject to the terms and conditions set out by Three Little Wishes Ltd. Protect all gift cards like it is cash as it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. The whole balance must be used as no change is given. Please note the expiry as as the card cannot be redeemed if the date has expired.

Three Little Wishes Photography Services

Please review the following basic terms and conditions that govern your use of and purchase of products from our site.

a) Customers must provide full, accurate and legible information/address in the order form.

b) The actual color of the images may differ slightly from that shown due to lighting differences, individual pc monitor color settings, photographer styles, etc.

c) All credit card, payments must be authorised online. In the event of non-authorization of any credit card, Three Little Wishes Ltd is not responsible for all or part failure or non-acceptance and
non-authorization of such credit cards.

d) If you have a complaint, please contact us immediately. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 Hours.

Delivery Policy

1) Three Little Wishes will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address supplied by the customer

2) Customers must provide up to 2 weeks for processing and delivery of orders. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within 2 weeks, we will inform reasons to the customer at the earliest.

3) All items offered are subject to availability at the time of placing your order.

Three Little Wishes takes care to post the orders in good condition, properly polythene packed with a card backing . However, the package may be damaged due to delivery procedure Three Little Wishes cannot be held responsible

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation should be done within 72 hours. If it is done after 72 hrs we will deduct 25% of the order value, as your order would have already been under process.Returns Policy.

It is important to us that you are a 100% happy with your purchase, should you for any reason wish to return the photographs you have bought please do so within 7 working days and we will be happy to refund your money in full together with a refund for postage and packaging.
