Our Aim:
The Wish Project was set up ten years ago to help young people pursue a career in Photography, however we feel that it should not be an age restricted opportunity so we are throwing the doors wide open and would encourage anyone who is genuinely looking to become a photographer to explore this opportunity with us.
We want to inspire and teach the next generation of talent and supply them with the knowledge necessary to become successful within this highly competitive field.
So who should apply:
- Anyone who is serious about pursuing a career in Photography
Please note -this project is
only available in Auckland, so you should be able to travel to the locations specified.
Cost:
As part of our on going commitment to education, we offer 2 students a year the opportunity to complete a number of workshops free of charge. These workshops equip the student with the tools necessary to be able to cope with a varied selection of subjects from Portraiture to Landscape

- Flash Workshop
Camera and Equipment
Working In Association with Canon NZ, we can offer the student free hire of camera, lenses, flash and tripod.

Send us a selection of your most recent work, together with a covering letter of why you think you should be considered.

What do we ask from you
- If selected, your total commitment to complete the workshops you book into
- After every workshop you send through 5 of your best images allowing us to share your progress on our FB and Instagram pages so that others may also be inspired and follow your progress.
